Our services are designed to assist older adults live longer, healthier lives. We advocate for older Americans with service providers and provide guidance and assistance to the homeless population.

SERVICES FOR OLDER ADULTS

Our goal is to increase senior citizens' mental and physical well-being through innovative programmatic activities.

Puzzle/Game Days

Game days with family members and/or friends are an excellent way to socialize and undertake fun mental challenges simultaneously.  This is ideal for seniors who cannot participate in physical activities due to illness, injury, or other physical limitations, especially if they are housebound.

Family Fun Days

When family members feel pressured to provide social interaction for lonely seniors, it can strain the relationship. Planning family fun days with food, activities, and socialization for all can not only help seniors to stave off loneliness but also create positive bonding time for the entire family.

Media Clubs

Book clubs and movie clubs introduce seniors to new forms of information and entertainment and provide an opportunity to socialize by discussing the media under review.  This is an excellent way for seniors to interact socially, keep their minds sharp, and consider new ideas and points of view.
